Website terms of use
These terms are between you and {{ENTITY_NAME_ABN}} ("we", "us", "Attesta"). Last updated: {{POLICY_DATE}}. Use of the Attesta software service itself is governed by a separate subscription agreement provided at sign-up.
1. Acceptance
By using this website (au.deltahealthtech.tech) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above tells you when we last did.
2. What this website is — and is not
This website provides general information about the Attesta service. Nothing on it constitutes legal, regulatory or compliance advice, and nothing on it is a determination of your organisation's conformance with any standard. Attesta is decision-support software: human sign-off is required on all findings, your organisation remains the compliance decision-maker, and only the relevant regulator or approved auditor can determine conformance. Readiness Levels — including the provisional level produced by the self-check on this site — are indicative assessments of documentation readiness, not predictions or guarantees of any audit or assessment outcome.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the site, and download or print pages for your organisation's internal evaluation of Attesta. You must not: misuse forms (including submitting personal information of others without authority); attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its mail handler; scrape the site for commercial purposes; or use the site in breach of any law.
4. No personal information through this website
You must not submit resident, participant, patient or clinical information — or any other person's personal information without authority — through any form on this website. See our privacy policy for how the limited information we do collect is handled.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, design, graphics and code — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. "Attesta" and the Attesta mark are trade marks of Delta Health Technologies (registration pending). One important exception: reproduced legislative text remains subject to its own licensing — sourced from the Federal Register of Legislation; for the latest information on Australian Government law please go to https://www.legislation.gov.au.
6. Third-party services and links
The book-a-demo page embeds the Calendly scheduling service, which operates under its own terms and privacy policy. Links to external sites (including legislation.gov.au and oaic.gov.au) are provided for convenience; we don't control and aren't responsible for their content.
7. Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law permits. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of this website is limited to the resupply of the relevant information or services, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any loss said to arise from reliance on general information published on this site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of {{GOVERNING_LAW}}, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of {{GOVERNING_LAW}} and the Commonwealth of Australia.
