About

We've sat on the provider side of the assessment table.

Attesta was built by a team with seven years in senior quality-governance roles inside a major national healthcare system — the people who assemble the evidence, brief the board, and sit across from the assessor. This product exists because we know exactly which parts of that work are judgement, and which parts are grind.

Our mission

Make readiness knowable.

Most providers don't fail assessments because they deliver poor care. They stumble because nobody could say, on any given Tuesday, exactly what their documents evidenced and where the gaps were. Readiness lived in a consultant's report from eighteen months ago and a quality manager's intuition.

Attesta's mission is to make readiness knowable, current and cited — a number a governing body can interrogate, derived from the actual documents, traceable to the exact clause of the Standards, and signed off by your own people. That's why our tagline is a promise about evidence, not about software: evidence you can stand behind.

And we're deliberate about what Attesta is not. It is not an auditor, not an assessor, and not a substitute for human judgement. It's a compliance co-pilot: regulatory intelligence doing the grind, humans making every decision. Attesta assesses readiness; the Commission determines conformance.

Who we are

Delta Health Technologies, and an Australian focus that isn't a slogan.

Attesta is operated by Delta Health Technologies, run out of Australia by an Australian team. Australian focus, for us, is a set of engineering and legal facts:

Australian regulation, natively

The product is built around the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and the NDIS Practice Standards — preloaded as legislated, not adapted from an overseas compliance template.

Australian data residency

All customer data resides in AWS Sydney and is handled under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. See the security architecture.

Australian assessment reality

Finding severities mirror audit vocabulary, the Readiness Levels align with how Australian assessments actually conclude, and the Exceeding-track flag maps to the aged care exceeding rating.

How we work

Claims discipline, everywhere.

In this sector, overselling is a form of harm. So we hold ourselves to a few visible rules:

  • We publish our methodology and scoring formula in full.
  • We say "ISO 27001-aligned controls, certification in progress" — and won't claim the certificate before it exists.
  • We claim no regulator endorsement, because we have none and never will: regulators don't endorse readiness tools, and you should distrust any that implies otherwise.
  • We name no customers on this site until they've agreed in writing to be named.
  • Every finding in the product carries a citation, a confidence indicator and a human sign-off step — because "trust us" is not a methodology.
