Are there per-bed or per-user fees?
No. Attesta is priced per service, flat. Add as many users as your quality and governance work needs — reviewers, managers, board members — at no extra cost. Readiness shouldn't get more expensive because more people care about it.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime. Annual billing simply locks in the lower monthly rate; monthly billing gives you full flexibility.
What counts as a "service"?
One registered service outlet — a residential aged care service, or an NDIS registration operating from a service location. Running both aged care and NDIS from the same organisation? That's the Governance plan's multi-standard engine. Five or more services? Contact us for group pricing.
